An ultrasensitive voltammetric sensor has been developed for the simultaneous quantification of amlodipine (AML) and lisinopril (LSP) on PANI-CeO2/gold sensor. The experimental parameters, such as concentration, pH, amplitude, frequency, and deposition potential were optimized.AML and LSP have shown two well defined reduction peaks and the cathodic peak potential were found to be −0.4 V for LSP and −0.8 V for AML, respectively by square-wave voltammetry (SWV). The limits of detection (LOD) were found to be 0.036 nmolL−1 for LSP and nmolL−1 for AML respectively. The proposed method was applied to simultaneously estimate the amount of drug in pharmaceutical formulation with almost 99.0% recovery and in spiked human serum with good recovery of almost 98.0%. Developed method showed better LOD as compared to other techniques. Keywords: Amlodipine, Lisinopril, Voltammetric sensor, PANI- CeO2, Simultaneous quantification
