This article examines the process of creativity development analysing the psychometric and social-personality approaches to the „modern period” of study of creativity focusing on the educational dimension. After the introduction of the context of the topic, the second part of the article explores the historical principles on the process of creativity development (Wallas, Taylor, Csíkszentmihályi) before turning to the educational approach. The next part of the article analyses the 4 C model of creativity development (Kaufman and Beghetto) giving some educational practical examples from mini c to Big C process. In the conclusion part, this article raises some questions and emphasizes dilemmas, namely the role of attitudes and high-quality knowledge transfer in the process of creativity development.
