In this article the author explains all the works that have been performed on this outstanding monument over the last twenty years. The restoration of the Romanesque cloister is of great interest because of its variety and complexity, and the covering of the archaeological excavations, conceived as a partial restitution of the volumes of the original abbey, is a proposal with a high didactic content. Besides, the archaeological follow-up of all the operations revealed structures of the old abbey that made it possible to piece together the building history.
