With the development of renewable energy and the needs of the carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality strategy, the optimal dispatch of integrated energy microgrid with hydrogen energy as the core has attracted more and more attention from academia and industry. However, system-level operation and control are neglected, resulting in the high cost of dispatch in microgrid. Hence, an optimal dispatch method for integrated energy microgrid considering start-up and shut-down process of hydrogen production equipment is proposed. Firstly, the start-up and shut-down processes of the hydrogen production equipment are accurately analyzed and the working modes of the components of the hydrogen production equipment during the system operation are expounded. Secondly, the relationship between hydrogen evolution and system pressure change during the start-up process is established based on multi-physics model analysis method. At the same time, to avoid the complex calculation caused by the system feedback control, a simple solution of key parameters based on the equivalence principle is given. Finally, to verify the validity of the above analysis and calculation, a simulation example of economic optimal dispatch for microgrid based on real data is constructed. The experimental results show that the equipment life degradation and the temperature loss of the electrolyzer are further reduced after considering the start-up and shut-down processes of the hydrogen production system, and the operation cost of the microgrid is greatly reduced compared with the traditional method.
