This research was conduced to analyze, based on the Berg Balance Scale and SF-36, the influence of equestrian rehabilitation in the treatment of balance disorders in hemiparetic patients. It is a case report conduced at UNOESTE Equine Rehabilitation Center, where three hemiparetic patients with balance disorders were evaluated, before and after eight hippotherapy sessions, following the same treatment protocol. The results showed a 7.14% improvement in one patient, representing 4 points in the total scale. The second patient was within the cut-off value, so this one cannot be diagnosed with significant balance deficits, and the third one remained below the cut-off value as in the first evaluation. The equestrian rehabilitation was very important in the treatment of balance disorders in hemiparetic patients.
