Autoeducaţia reprezintă un proces de conştientizare a necesităţii de a dezvolta propria personalitate, de a valorifica potenţialul creator printr-un efort suplimentar orientat spre întregirea registrului de calităţi pozitive ale personalităţii. Au fost analizate următoarele aspecte: cunoaşterea de sine, evaluarea de sine, automodelarea, autocontrolul, autodisciplinarea, autodepăşirea şi autoreglarea.SOME THEORETICAL LANDMARKS ON SELF-EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF BECOMING PERSONALITY Self-education is a process of awareness of the need to develop the own personality, recovery of creative potential through extra an additional effort directed to reunification of all positive qualities of personality. It was analyzed the following aspects: self-knowledge, self-assessment, self-modeling, self-discipline, self-regulation and self-overcoming.
