Introduction:This study was designed to assess whether there is a relation between inflammatory biomarkers such as NLR, PLR and psoas muscle area (PMA) as a marker of sarcopenia in COPD pateints who admitted to the emergency department of our clinic. Method: Retrospectivly one hundred forty three COPD patients who had CT scan for any reason during hospital admission were included. Patient characteristics and clinical and laboratory data were evaluated retrospectively.
