Abstract

The analysis of training needs is of a crucial importance in the field of training projects engineering. It can ensure the effectiveness of the training activities contained in these projects and it constitues a feed back for the entire educational system about the realization of the expected goals concerning employees training. The aim of this article is to summarize an analytical review of Training Needs Scientific Literature, according to the different theoretical frameworks; in addition to highlight the analytical process of these needs through exposing the different approaches and analysis levels adopted, and giving examples of methodological and technical procedures specific to each approach
