Abstract

Building from Latin American universities thought an alternative to the dominant capitalist ideology is a necessity and a challenge. Cuba has formed committed to those excluded by the hegemonic centers of power professionals, but what has been achieved is insufficient, we must integrate the ethical and the political to the scientific level of these professionals. The validity of the thinking ofthose who conceived the university as full training facility, a pledge of professional leadership committed man, led us to consider in thinking about university education of Juan Marinello and Carlos R. Rodriguez purpose of this work.
