ABOUT FORMING THE POLITICAL PRACTICES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Political science is rapidly evolving, becoming more applied aspect. In this connection, the political practice of the active part of our lives. One of those practices – is a local government. It can be seen as a form of civil active population, a manifestation of the socio-political activity, the ability to participate in public affairs and account for their responsibility. The local government is as an institution of political power at the local level and civil society institution.
