Physical and recreational actions for the prevention of alcoholism

Abstract

In this work the causes and consequences of the consumption of alcohol are analyzed, as well as concepts and related categories about the consumption of this substance. It specifies moreover the function of the school and the family as socializing agents, and the importance of a close relationship between both. On the base of a diagnosis carried out with adolescents, families, and other factors of the community, a system of actions was designed in the Luis M. Raposo neighborhood of the Guantanamo municipality with scientific methodological grounds, being the practical contribution of the work. As part of the process of validation there was a consult to experts, and the quantitative and qualitative results expressed favourable results
