Constitutional and Legal Regulation of Subjects of Exclusive Maintaining of the Subjects of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Republic of Kalmykia)

Abstract

The article considers the question of exclusive areas of jurisdiction of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the example of the Constitution of the Republic of Kalmykia. The authors come to a conclusion that the «main» subjects of exclusive authority of the territorial subjects of the Russian Federation are guarantees of their constitutional legal status.
