Construction and Application of Assessment System of Occupational Hazards in Coal Mine
Abstract
In order to further improve the occupational health management level of coal mines in China. From the “source-cause factor-acting object” of occupational disease hazard factors, the whole process analysis of the cause factors of coal mine occupational disease hazard management is carried out. The cause model of coal mine occupational disease hazard based on energy release is established, and the coal mine occupational disease hazard evaluation index system is established. There are 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators. In order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of the calculation results, AHP and DEMATEL are combined to build an evaluation model based on AHP-DEMATEL and applied in an example to analyze the influence degree of the influencing factors of occupational hazards in coal mines. The results show that the comprehensive impact of occupational health management is the highest in the first-level indicators, and the comprehensive impact of the employees’ literacy is the lowest; the comprehensive influence degree of the dust protection equipment and occupational disease prevention system in the secondary indicators higher. The evaluation results are in good agreement with the management of occupational hazards in coal mines under actual conditions.
