Business process optimization based on information technology in communications of IT projects

Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is due to global trends in the development of IT technologies and the reorientation of domestic IT companies to a new type of management, based on modern information technologies and project management tools. Informational technologies allow not only to successfully perform project management tasks, but also to ensure effective communication between project members. This is due to the fact that during communication between project team members there are many different unforeseen situations, challenges and threats that need to be responded by project managers and team leaders. According to the stages of the project life cycle, the communication planning technology of the IT project for the creation of a software product is analyzed. Each type of task corresponds to a unique reporting system, informational technologies and tools that provide collection, processing, storage and exchange of information in terms of internal, external and crisis communications. Jira project management software can be recognized as a communication centre for teams. Improvement of information technology with tools Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence is offered, and also improvement of structure of internal communications of the project due to optimization of time indicators of the project are offered.
