The excitement of air conductivity by a pulse bunch of relativistic electrons has been studied in the work. It has been shown that conductivity of air at normal pressure is defined by behavior of electronic components which with time permission of the order 10–8 s repeats changes of an electronic stream. The possibility of absolute measurements of exposition dose power in the wide range of radiation intensity has been considered
