DUALITY OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTING: PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Abstract

The generalization of practice shows that only one third of the causes are related to the effects of external factors and two thirds of the internal ones. It is shown that the purpose of the organization of consulting activities is to identify and systematize the problems of the enterprise. At the same time, the tasks of diagnosing the current state of affairs in the enterprise are solved, cause-effect relationships between problems are identified, the main problems are identified, for which specific measures are developed.
