O SISTEMA ÚNICO DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL EM SÃO PAULO E MINAS GERAIS: desafios e perspectivas de uma realidade em movimento

Abstract

This article is a condensed version of the results of the research entitled ' Brazil's Social Assistance Unique System: an evaluation study of its implementation", in the municipalities of two states of the Brazilian Southeast Region (Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais). The article shows elements of the inaugural stage of installation of the Social Assistance Reference Centers (CRAS) and of the potentialities and challenges inside this process.
