Language Uses for Love Imagery in Luk Krung Song by Sawalee Phakaphan

This study aims to explore the use of language for imagery in the Luk Krung Song by Sawalee Phakaphan. The scope of this research was to collect information from the Joox application for 4 albums by Sawalee Phakaphan, which contained 59 songs. The results found that the use of imagery in the songs can bese parated in to 3 categories. (1) The use of imaginary by rhyme which could be separated further into 2 sub-categories, the consonant rhyme, and the vowel rhyme. (2) The use of imagery by words can be separated into 6 categories: repetition, stacking, light dictation, color dictation, sound dictation, and use of verbs. (3) the use of figure of image can be separated into 5 categories: Simile, Metaphor, Hyperbole, Personification and Onomatopoeia.
