A resilient land not merely adapts, but changes by constructing environmental, economic and social reactions to effects of natural and anthropic risks, to soil consumption, to climate changes as "threats multiplier". In this context, soil consumption control, land security and maintenance, brownfields reuse constitute intervention priorities finalised to identify strategies that integrate issues of protection and long-term safeguard with mitigation and adaptation measures in coherence with local development strategies and financial and technological resources.
