Abstract

The main conditions of fractal educations development in technical sphere are considered on the example of internet development as world informational network. Influence of fractal information networks on society is analyzed, the subsequent transformation of the last to information consumer state with elements of fractal structure. All the human history is manifestation of fractals regularities. In regularities of fractals development all riddles of human society development are covered.
