Применение SWOT-анализа в сочетании с методом экспертных оценок в научном обосновании оптимизационной модели организации стоматологической помощи населению Эвенкии

Abstract

The Northern regions occupy considerable territory of Krasnoyarsk region. In these regions there is a tendency of essential deterioration, both the general health, and stomatologic health of the population. Many authors mark a low level of development of culture of health of the population and the consumer relation remaining in a society to health, low level of hygienic skills. For improvement of quality and efficiency of decision-making it is expedient to use special methodology and research methods. The combination of methodological receptions (a method of expert estimations and SWOT - the analysis) allows to receive the full and objective information on system of the organization of the stomatologic help to the population of Evenkiya. Ordering of the received information allows to prove scientifically strategy of perfection of model of regional system of the stomatologic help (including distribution of resources) to inhabitants of territories with the low population density typical from which the Evenki independent area is.
