THE WAYS OF OPTIMIZATION OF COSTS HOTEL COMPANIES IN A CRISIS
Abstract
The article considers various ways of saving hotel costs in crisis conditions, namely: reduction of expenses on advertising, marketing, participation in exhibitions, reduction of the list of additional services, the failure of customers from a range of services, which reduces cost, optimization of expenses for staff salaries, the sustainable use of water, electricity, heating in hotels and flexible pricing, aimed at maximizing a hotel.
