EVALUATION OF INNOVATIONSBROUGHT OUT BY THE NEW TRADE LAWS FOR THE CAPITAL COMPANIES

Abstract

Instead of the Turkish Trade Law, numbered as 6762 that has been shaping and directing the Turkish trade life, the new Turkish Trade law numbered as 6102 is going to be come into force in the 1st of July 2012. The new regulation is shaping the commerce life. Principally, the law which is based on transparency and auditing is sensitive to the governance in enterprises and informing the public accurately. The law contains a series of contemporary new legal decisions in order to discipline the markets. Particularly, there are many changes for the capital stock campanies. These changes cover many topics such as the capital of company, foundation of the company, management, accounting practices and auditing. In this study, the changes brought by the new Turkish Trade Law were examined and evaluated.
