Digital innovation continues to fuel business transformation. Organizations have realigned their strategic direction on enhanced adoption of digital technologies to leverage the opportunities provided by the new age technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence. Enterprises can leverage strategic advantage in talent - a key differentiator- by adopting Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management. More than ever now, Human Resources function now regarded as a trusted advisor, helping the organizations get through the transformational phase created by disruptive technologies.
