LEGAL PROTECTION OF FAMILY AS AN INDEPENDENT OBJECT

Abstract

In article the state of legal security of family is described on the basic of existing legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and some international legal acts. Constitution principles of guard of family are defined, the problems of family are educed and considered as an independent object of legal safeguard. Activity of competent organs is considered on the protection of family rights.
