Brown tumor is an erosive bony lesion caused by rapid osteoclastic activity resulting in local destruction. Common location of Browns tumor is long bones, pelvis and ribs. Skull involvement is rare. We present a case of 22 year male who presented initially with right scalp swelling and left hemiparesis, which on further evaluation turned out to be a case of primary hyperparathyroidism.
