The mean scores of those who participate in scientific activities, those who are/want to be a member of the professional association, those who read scientific publications, and those who have graduated/are doing a master’s degree are statistically high (p<0.05), and as the trait anxiety level scores of midwives decrease, their Professional Attitude Inventory at Occupation increases (p=.000) was found. Conclusion: It is recommend that the professional attitude scores of midwives are at a moderate level, and institutions and administrators should support midwives by taking into account the factors that affect their professionalism in order to improve their professionalism.
