The objective of the research is to identify the level of e-commerce adoption in the Paraguayan hotel sector, through an exhaustive analysis of its websites. The article was based on a qualitative, transectional and descriptive approach. The population consisted of 20 hotels located in the Cosmopolitan area of Asunción, specifically in the Villa Morra, Manorá, Ycua Sati, San Jorge and Madame Lynch neighborhoods. The data collection process was carried out in June 2019, through the extended Internet commerce adoption model - eMICA. The most relevant results were, firstly, a high scope of compliance with the attributes of phase 1 Promotion, both for level 1 of basic information and level 2 of enriched information and, secondly, lack of implementation of e-commerce in the hotels examined belonging to international and local chains. It is concluded that phase 3 of Processing does not exceed 50% of the fulfillment of the items studied due to lack of motivation in the implementation of technology by senior management and the lack of benefits perceived by the managers of said premises.
