Multiplexed redox gating measurements with a microelectrospotter. Towards electrochemical readout of molecularly imprinted polymer microarrays
Abstract
Here we show that the microelectrospotting approach that we proposed earlier (M. Bosserdt et al., Biosens. Bioelectron., 73 (2015) 123–129) to generate molecularly imprinted polymer-based protein microarrays by electrosynthesis can also offer a means for their multiplexed label-free readout, based on local measurement of the protein-binding gated redox current.
