After the end of the communist regime, Poland entered a newphase of acceptance by adopting a new order established with democracy. New freedoms that came along with the new order in Poland led to a burst of “populism” and “pop culture”. Because of the fact that the 70's writers were born in the old order and took up the new order in Poland, they are inuenced by “populism” and “pop culture” and they introduced the “pop fraction” trend to Polish literature.
