مقاصد القرآن في بناء الفكر العمراني

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى بيان المقصد القرآني من عمران الأرض، وما يتطلبه هذا العمران من بناء فكري يمكِّن العقل المسلم، من تحقيق شروط الاستخلاف نظراً، وبحثاً، وتجريباً، لتحصيل العلوم، وتوظيفها، مع الرفق بالبيئة الكونية وحفظ توازنها. وهو بناء فكري يتّصف بالتحرر، والنظر الشمولي، والمنهج الواقعي، والتحليل النقدي والحوار والمراجعة، وذلك ما حققته الأجيال الأولى من المسلمين بفعل الأثر القرآني. وتاريخ الحضارات في نهوضها وسقوطها يشهد بما للبناء الفكري من دور محوري في أسباب ذلك. والأمة مطالبة اليوم بالانطلاق في دورة جديدة من إنجاز العمران البشري باستيعاب التراث، والعلوم المعاصرة برؤية تحليلية نقدية تهتدي بالقرآن، وتتجاوز العقبات والأسباب التي أدت ولا تزال تؤدي إلى التخلف. This paper identifies the Qur'an intents of establishing the Umran or civilizational thought, i.e. building a human civilization on earth. To achieve this purpose Muslim mind needs to contemplate, research and experiment to build knowledge of various sciences and use it wisely while conserving resources and maintaining balance in the environment. This intellectual building is characterized by free, comprehensive and analytical thinking, empirical approach, and critical evaluation. History has proved the central role of intellectual building in rising and falling of civilizations. Muslim Ummah is called upon to embark on a new cycle of human civilization under Qur'anic guidance to overcome the obstacles that led and continue to lead to underdevelopment.
