LASER SYNTHESIS AND OPTICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF SILVER PLASMONIC NANOSTRUCTURES ON THE GLASS SURFACE

Abstract

The present paper is dedicated to description of formation method for surface silver nanostructures during the laser erosion of metal target under atmospheric pressure. The obtained monolayer of silver nanoparticles is investigated by implementation of the methods of SEM, AFM and spectral analysis of PPR band.
