Psychological-didactic and methodological basis of training student teachers of foreign languages for course-book analysis in primary and low secondary school
Abstract
The article deals with the conceptional issues of training the student teachers of foreign languages for the course-book/foreign language teaching kit analysis on Bachelor level in primary and low secondary school. Theoretical-methodological basis in the frame of school language content renewal and hence in the training of prospective teachers of a foreign language and culture are specified. Examples of tasks intended for trainees’ acquisition of fundamental skills in qualitative school course-book/kit analysis during their teaching practice are outlined.
