POLIȚIA SECRETĂ A RSS MOLDOVENEȘTI – EFECTIV ȘI SARCINI ÎN PRIMII ANI POSTBELICI
Abstract
În prezentul studiu ne propunem să continuăm cercetarea, de această dată mai vastă, a procesului de (re)sovietizare a Basarabiei din optica „poliției secrete” sovietice NKGB-MGB, în primii ani postbelici, pe care am inițiat-o mai devreme prin câteva studii, aici focusându-ne atenția pe analiza efectivului NKGB-MGB al RSS Moldovenești în primii ani postbelici. Analiza materialelor de arhivă și a surselor istoriografice a demonstrat că nu avem date absolut complete asupra efectivului NKGB-MGB al RSS Moldovenești. Cu toate acestea, informațiile identificate în sursele documentare inedite și edite ne permit să descifrăm anumite tendințe referitor la politica de cadre a Uniunii Sovietice în formarea statelor de personal ale NKGB-MGB al RSS Moldovenești în primii ani postbelici. Tendințele urmărite de politica de cadre a URSS în procesul formării efectivului NKGB-MGB al RSS Moldovenești, componența etnică a efectivului NKGB-MGB al RSS Moldovenești în prima decadă postbelică, profesionalismul cadrelor Poliției Secrete a RSS Moldovenești în primii ani postbelici, prioritățile contrainformative ale Poliției Secrete a RSS Moldovenești în contextul schimbării conjuncturii internaționale în primii ani postbelici sunt subiecte abordate în prezentul studiu. Cercetarea noastră se va baza, în mare parte, pe materialele documentare inedite din fondul administrativ al arhivei Serviciului de Informații și Securitate al Republicii Moldova (ASIS RM), documente edite, precum și pe alte surse istoriografice. THE SECRET POLICE OF THE MOLDAVIAN SSR –PERSONNEL AND TASKS IN THE FIRST POST-WAR YEARSThe study that we bring to your attention aims to continue a larger research of the process of the (re)sovietisation of Bessarabia from the perspective of the soviet “secret police” NKGB-MGB, during first postwar years. In the present study, the author will focus on analyzing the personnel of the NKGB-MGB of the Moldavian SSR in the first postwar years. The analysis of archive materials and historiographical sources has shown that we do not have absolutely complete data on the personnel of NKGB-MGB of Moldavian SSR. However, the information identified in the unpublished and published documentary sources allow us to discover certain tendencies regarding the Soviet Union's personnel policy in the process of forming the NKGB-MGB Moldavian SSR staff, in the first postwar decade. This study addresses the following topics: trends pursued by USSR human resources policy in the process of forming the NKGB-MGB staff of the Moldavian SSR, the ethnic composition of the NKGB-MGB staff of the Moldovan SSR, the professionalism of the secret police officers of the Moldavian SSR in the first postwar years, the counterintelligence priorities of the secret police of the Moldavian SSR in the context of changing the international circumstances in the first postwar years.This study is mainly based on unpublished documents from the administrative fund of the archive of the Security and Intelligence Service of the Republic of Moldova (ASISRM), published documents and other historiographical sources.
