Real-time polymerase chain reaction method for rapid detection of Pangasius bocourti-derived components in fish products
Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) rapid detection method for Pangasius bocourti-derived components.MethodsPrimers were designed according to the mitochondrial cytb gene sequence of Pangasius bocourti, and real-time PCR was used for amplification to achieve the purpose of rapid detection of products.ResultsThis method had good specificity, and the sensitivity could reach 10-4 ng Pangasius bocourti DNA. Pangasius bocourti cytb gene could be detected in fish products mixed with rice noodles, sesame powder, chicken powder and atlantic cod meal, and the sensitivity could reach 0.01%.ConclusionThis method had high specificity, short time and high sensitivity, and could meet the detection requirements of Pangasius bocourti adulteration in fish meat products.
