On the Question of the Meaning of “Space Law”

Abstract

The article analyzes the application of the concept of “space law” at the level of national and international law and its connection with the notions of “international space law”, “national space law” and “international private space law.” The peculiarities of the application of the concept of “space law” in the national legislation, including Ukraine, are revealed, the scope of legal relations that are covered and the level of integration with the concepts applied at the level of international law.
