OBSERVING THE CONVENTION «ON PROTECTING HUMAN RIGHTS AND BASIC LIBERTIES» AND PRACTICE OF EUROPEAN COURT WHEN CHECK PURCHASE OF DRUGS

Abstract

The article views the problem of violating a person' right for fair assize of criminal cases based on the results of drugs check purchase, from the point of European Human Rights Court practice. The author suggests recommendation on organization, implementation and documenting of drugs check purchase, allowing to shape the system of evidences meeting the European Court requirements.
