Results and features of refractory ceramics sintering from sub micro and nanocrystalline powders of Al2O3, ZrO2, WC, SiC and others by electrical consolidation of powder composition under pressure that ensures obtaining of high-density materials of enhanced mechanical functionality including competitive abilitied in tool applications are considered.
