Restructuring the Organizational Excellence based on Business Ethics

The current research is a qualitative evaluation of a case study has been conducted in Iranian oil company to recognize problems and structural defect, and the corresponding results of the first phase implies the weakness of performance evaluation of the organization, lack of distributive and procedural justice, inappropriate concentration of civil foundation in capital, Tehran, task-oriented (against process-oriented),source-axis (against knowledge-founded) and being undeveloped low trust in beneficiaries in organization , and ultimately necessary to promote for EFQM models with ethics-oriented approaches. The results were evaluated on credit based on descriptive statistical methods and on a quantitatively approach through 156 persons of the management of the organization. The similarity of deducted data on quantitative and quality reasoning and recognized reconciliations with Total Quality Management model structure leads the researchers to introduce new basis in the performance evaluation area according to software and hardware of the Oil Ministry, and the ethics oriented EFQM model has been introduced as the suggested one to evaluate performances in Oil Ministry and subordinate companies.
