Vocational guidance for the students of Physical Culture of the University of Guantánamo
Abstract
The vocational guidance is a way to achieve the education of the personality of the pupils in the pedagogic process; it is the most effective way to attain the reaffirmation for the profession in the students and to prepare them to face their future labor life. In this investigation the scientific problems is how to contribute to the reaffirmation for the profession as a primary stage of the vocational guidance in the freshmen of the Physical Culture major of the University of Guantánamo? To solve the scientific problem a methodology that contributes to the reaffirmation for the profession as a stage of the vocational guidance has been designed in order to involve the first year students in the work of the pre-grade course related to the Physical Culture major in Guantánamo Faculty. With the implementation of this methodology the major may improve the level of development of interest and the professional reaffirmation of the students towards the major. The level of approval of the methodology is high, it is evidenced in the conclusive result obtained of the assessment of the opinion of specialists when evaluating the phases submitted to judgment and in a general way it has been classified in the very adequate and adequate categories.
