Prudent Knowledge Project for a Decent Life and Method EARP: Towards a Democratization of Legal Education
Abstract
This paper propose a discution about how to make similarities and differences between two proposals for participatory teaching. On one hand, the project Prudent knowledge for a decent life, effective in a southern brazilian law course, analyzed in a qualitative study with twenty-one participants and presented here by means of empirical and theoretical studies clippings. On the other hand, the teaching-learning method for Troubleshooting (EARP Method), developed here through theoretical contributions. The distinctions between both proposals relate to pedagogical structuring and organizational matters, planning and execution of activities. In both, there is a strong student participation and the democratization of the possibilities of law education.
