An accessory tragus is a congenital defect involving malformation of the tragus. Rarely, it can be found in the nasal vestibule, where it can cause functional airway obstruction. Herein, we report a case of a child with oculoauriculovertebral syndrome who had an accessory tragus on the nasal vestibule.
