STIMULII MOTIVAŢIONALI ÎN CONTEXTUL ÎNVĂŢĂRII
Abstract
Motivaţia de a învăţa este segmentul primordial al succesului şcolar. Sursele motivaţiei sunt multiple şi complexe. Literatura de specialitate promovează ideea conform căreia factorii intrinseci şi cei extrinseci condiţionează şi influen-ţează motivaţia pentru învăţare. Motivaţia poate fi definită ca fiind acele mobiluri interioare care direcţionează compor-tamentul uman. Forţele externe, de orice natură, de asemenea pot influenţa comportamentul, dar, totuşi, esenţialmente, acesta este ghidat şi susţinut de forţele interne ale individului. De regulă, oamenii lucrează mai productiv şi mai intensiv atunci când sunt motivaţi. MOTIVATIONAL STIMULUS IN LEARNING CONTEXTLearning motivation is the primary segment of school success. The sources of motivation are multiple and complex. Reference literature promotes the idea that the intrinsic and extrinsic factors influence the condition and motivation for learning. Motivation can be defined as the inner motives which direct human behavior. External forces of any kind can also influence behavior, but still, essentially, it is guided and supported by internal forces of the individual. Usually, people work more productively and more intensive when they are motivated.
