The aim of the work was to compare the course of agro-ecological indicators according to the internationally acknowledged parameters – bud breaking, the beginning, the main course and the end of blooming, grape mellowing, grape maturation (full ripeness), grape harvest, the beginning, the main course and the end of wood maturing for 7 varieties of grapes on three resistant white varieties Merzling, Malverina and Hibernal and one blue – Medina, then on classical varieties Aurelius, Chardonnay and Muscat Moravian in two regions Perna (sub-region Mikulovice) and Sadek (sub-region Znojmo). Remarkable differences between these two areas have been proved. Only for grape harvest and the main wood maturing, no statistically remarkable differences have been found. A highly evidential difference has been found in all the other elements.
