A general description of the subproject «Resource Center» of the project «Development of skills of professional self-determination of schoolchildren in the light of the implementation of the national project «Education» and the new education program», implemented in MBOU secondary school No. 19 (Timashevsk, Krasnodar Territory) in the status of a regional innovation platform, is given. The purpose of the center is to create conditions for the development of skills and abilities of school teachers in matters of professional orientation, to assist the child in his self-knowledge, adequate self-esteem and professional self-determination. The structure of the center is subordinated to the implementation of information, consulting, educational, organizational, methodological and monitoring functions. The key directions of its activity are: organization of network interaction; organization of interaction with teaching staff; organization of work with students and their parents (legal representatives). The article provides a detailed description of the specific mechanisms for their implementation.
