Efectos terapéuticos de la intervención psicoanalítica en ámbitos institucionales Therapeutical effects of psycho analytics interventions in institutions
Abstract
El presente trabajo presenta los principales lineamientos del proyecto de investigación P017, "Efectos terapéuticos de la intervención psicoanalítica en ámbitos institucionales" aprobado por UBACYT para el período 2008/2010. El mismo se propone sistematizar los efectos terapéuticos producidos a partir de intervenciones psicoanalíticas en ámbitos institucionales, en diferentes dispositivos, patologías, edades y tiempos y dar cuenta de la lógica de su producción. Se parte de considerar que dichos efectos se sostienen en una lógica que depende tanto de la intervención del analista como de la variabilidad de las condiciones subjetivas del paciente. Se realizará un estudio de casos. Consideramos que el tema resulta de especial interés, dada la incidencia en nuestro país de la práctica analítica en instituciones y la necesidad de dar cuenta de los resultados desde una perspectiva que no abandone los principios propios de método psicoanalítico.This paper presents the mains, hypothesis and methodology of the project of investigation P017, "Therapeutic Effects of psychoanalytical interventions in institutional fields" approved by UBACYT for the period 2008/2010. It proposes a systematisation of the therapeutic effects produced from psychoanalytical interventions in institutional fields, in different devices, pathologies, ages, and times, and looks to give account of the logic of his production We consider that this effects depends so much of the intervention of the analyst as of the variability of the subjective conditions of the patient. We will realize a study of cases. We consider that this subject results of special interest, given the incidence in our country of the analytical practice in institutions and the need to give account of the results from a perspective that do not abandon the proper principles of the psychoanalytical method.
