The present investigation was developed from the perspective of: Propose an instructional resource supported in the augmented reality for the development of the contents of structures of the technology area in the seventh grade students of the “Pablo Correa León” Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Cúcuta, for this, it was considered pertinent to develop a research covered in the postulates of quantitative research, with emphasis on the feasible project modality, with a field design and a descriptive level, the referred students were used as a population educational institution, for which the instrument for gathering information was designed, which yielded data that allowed the analysis and interpretation of the data from each of the study objectives. In the diagnosis, it was established that teachers use inadequate didactic strategies in the development of the contents of structures, in the same way, it is necessary to maintain that the tools and resources that promote the use of augmented reality from technology are significant, Although they are not used by teachers in an adequate manner, it was also possible to establish that there is a very high feasibility of applying an instructional resource based on augmented reality for the development of the contents of structures of the technology area in the students of seventh grade of the “Pablo Correa León” Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Cúcuta, which is why the instructional resource was generated
