Identifying and prioritizing factors influencing the success of knowledge-based companies (A case study: Companies based in the Yas International Center)
Abstract
The present research was conducted under the title of identifying and prioritizing the factors on the success of the foundation company by companies in the Yas International Innovation Center of Ahlul Bayt International University. The purpose of this research is to develop an application. Therefore, it has been done to prioritize factors in the success of companies. The research method has been with several samples, and the current research tool is a questionnaire, an inter-economic questionnaire of expert science specialists and managers of companies based in the International Innovation Center. Its analysis method uses a hierarchical model and expert selection tool. First, the main factors have been identified and ranked, in which organizational factors with a coefficient of (0.549) are in the first place, environmental factors with a coefficient of (0.276) in the second place, individual factors with a coefficient of (0.175) are in the third place, still among the sub-indexes of financial resources with a coefficient of (0.140) ranks first and human resources with a coefficient (0.097) ranks second and social factors sub-index ranks last with the lowest coefficient (0.010). Among the main factors, organizational factors have the most influence, environmental factors have an average level, and personal factors have the least impact on the success rate of knowledge-based companies located in Yas International Innovation Center. Therefore, it is suggested that these companies prioritize organizational factors and focus more on their financial and human resources to achieve more success.
