Abstract
La bibliografía epigráfica había documentado la existencia de cinco epígrafes procedentes de la localidad de Fresneña (Burgos). Dos de ellos procedían en realidad de Astorga, y por extrapolación, los tres restantes han sido frecuentemente atribuidos a esta localidad leonesa. Sin embargo, los datos que ofrece uno de esos tres epígrafes restantes, parecen apuntar hacia el oriente de la provincia de Burgos y la Celtiberia.The epigraphic literature had documented the existence of five inscriptions from Fresneña (Burgos). Two of them actually came from Astorga, and by extrapolation, the remaining three have often been attributed to this town of León. However, the information provided by one of the three remaining inscriptions, seem to point to the east of the province of Burgos and the Celtiberia.
