INTRAPARTUM AUGMENTATION OF NEGATIVE OUTCOMES RISK IN FULL CERVICAL DILATATION
Abstract
Under the current conditions when too many factors affect the women’s life and her pregnancy we can not dispense with integral assessment of risk factors. Perinatal risk factors have quantitative and qualitative changing during pregnancy and labor. It’s clear that perinatal loss is related with pregnancy and labor abnormalities. But many studies have shown intrapartum factors have a much bigger impact on perinatal mortality and morbidity than antenatal factors have. Objective – to estimate an intrapartum augmentation of negative outcomes risk in full cervical dilatation. Labor outcomes depend directly on the perinatal risk and intrapartum augmentation which is 26,8 % in high perinatal risk group.
